Portrait of an Unknown Lady, by William Scrots, c.1546-55. Portrait of an Unknown Lady of the English Court, formerly identified as Mary I of England, now thought to be Lady Margaret Douglas (1515-1578). Medium oil on panel. Dimensions: 178.4 * 95 cm (70.2 * 37.4 in).

Because of the fashion style, and the flatness of the French hood, I think this is more likely to be from the early to mid-1550s. She also appears to be wearing a shadow or frontlet to the French hood, probably in velvet.
