This is noted as being Anne Cresacre (1512-1577) who was engaged to Thomas More's only son John More (c.1509-1547). She sits between Sir John More the elder, and Sir Thomas More.

This image is one of a few surviving family group portraits from the Tudor time period. It is a prepatory sketch of the original Holbein painting of Sir Thomas More and his family, which was painted around 1527. That original was destroyed by fire in the eighteenth century.
